About Us
Established in 2009, Bristol Crew was created to fill a gap in the market between diary services and large crew databases.
Each member is hand-picked, interviewed and verified by site manager Sarah who has been in the industry for 25 years, so you can rest assured that all crew CVs are genuine and their attitude and professionalism is second to none.
Members are encouraged to share work, skills and participate in the mentoring of less experienced crew in their department. This means we're a strong and supportive team of freelancers with excellent connections and big ambitions to excel in our chosen fields.

How to join
Bristol Crew is a boutique database with limited space in each department. Membership is by invitation or recommendation only with application interviews taking place quarterly. There is currently a waiting list for both DOPs and Lighting Camera operators.
